The Heart Behind The Music July 15, 2014 MSU Riley Center

"The Heart  Behind The Music" tour offers a chance to hear some of the world's most talented and gifted music artists talk about the meaning behind their hit songs and their inspirations,  while also treating ticket holders to outstanding performances. The tour's Meridian stop includes Deana Carter, fresh off the release of her sixth studio album ("Southern Way Of Life"),  almost 20 years after her Grammy nominated and first big hit, "Strawberry Wine."  She is joined by Billy Dean whose first three albums were certified gold and who is best known for his song "Somewhere In My Broken Heart."  Also along for the ride is country veteran Collin Raye, known for his traditional country hits from the 1990's  like "Love Me" and more recently for his inspirational recordings. Collin Raye is a five time nominee for Country Music Male Vocalist of the Year and has charted 16 No.1 hits.  Taking the stage with these awesome artists is the very talented  Bryan White, who counts "I'm Not Supposed To Love You Anymore"   among his collection of number one country singles.  The artists will be selling their albums, signing autographs and taking pictures after the concert. This is a great way to meet these artists in an up-close and very personal way. You don't want to miss this awesome gathering of famous recording artists.
